7 Essentials To Building a Kingdom Driven Network Marketing Business
Hey sister! This is not your typical network marketing post about hustling hard or slaying your goals. Nope I’m not here to tell you that you need to work harder or be a social media wizard. I’ve been there, done that. I’m here to tell you sister friend, that my BIG SECRET to success in this industry is a Christ centered business built on faith and prayer + consistency.
In my previous company I built a six figure business and was ranked in the top 1% of my company, was asked to hold company wide trainings, and speak on stage at our annual events, but none of that matters if Christ isn’t the foundation. #youfeelme
What I thought was a Christ centered business crumbled before my eyes when I realized that there was no way I could keep up, be all the things to everyone, and be satisfied in Him. I had built an amazing tribe online, but I had zero time freedom and quickly ran myself into the ground.

All the warning signs were there, but I ignored them telling myself that I would change my habits. However, no matter how hard I tried to build systems within my business they just did not work with the company that I was partnered with at the time. Fast forward one year later, I have finally found the dream business I was so desperately trying to create.
Changing lanes meant I needed to also make new changes in the foundation of my business itself and that’s exactly what I did. I built a Christ centered business with a kingdom driven team and I want to share some practical steps that you can start implementing into your network marketing business.
What does it even mean to build a kingdom driven network marketing company? That is going to look different for each of us . In the simplest of forms it means building a business that is Christ centered and honors God. It’s putting God first, then your family, and last your business but still being able to create a thriving business with systems in place. This allows time freedom for my family and God and also the headspace to be able to always consult Him first with each business decision I make. So let’s jump in…
7 Essentials To Building A Kingdom Driven Network Marketing Business
1. Develop A Christ Centered Business Model
β Keeping Christ at the center of your business is key to staying in your own lane.Β There’s a few things that will help you do this. Pray over your business every day and seek God’s will and vision for the direction your business should go. Do not overlook this part. Sometimes our vision does not align with His. Trust that His plan is greater. Also, make sure He is a priority. Seeking God, meeting with Him in prayer or bible study time should take priority over your business. Carve out time for that each day even if it’s only 10 minutes a day.
2. Check your heart and motives frequently
β It can be so simple to easily misdirect your heart when it comes to building a successful kingdom driven network marketing business. Remember to check your heart and motives when it comes to sales, customers, and presenting the opportunity to potential business partners. Iβve been a part of teams that focused on sales and ranks over relationships. Goals are great, donβt get me wrong, but make sure that is not your sole focus. Always strive to come from a place of humility, kindness, and a willingness to help others whether that’s offering a product or service as a solution to a problem or an additional stream of income for a family in need.
3. BE A GOOD STEWARD OF YOUR INCOME
β Whether you build a small income that covers your groceries or create a massive empire that pays for all your monthly expenses and thensome, make sure you aim to be a good steward of Godβs blessing. I failed at this pretty hard in my first network marketing business. God really put it on my heart that this was a gift from Him. It can be so easy to look over the financial aspect and not see it as being important, but we are ultimately here to build His kingdom and not our own. Just make sure youβre continuously checking yourself.
4. Root Yourself In Your Purpose And Identity
β What a hot topic this is right now on social media! I mean what the heck is our purpose and identity anyways? People are buying self help books, taking courses, and spending thousands of dollars on coaches just to figure that out. A few months ago the answer hit me like a ton of bricks like an AHA moment! God showed me through scripture that our sole purpose here is to GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES. Our purpose is to live for His kingdom and not our own. Our purpose is to raise our kids up in Christ and build our businesses on biblical foundations. It’s to seek Him and follow Him daily in everything we do. When you start doing this and making it a lifestyle then sister you ARE living out your purpose and your identity is found IN HIM!
So that’s why I’m sharing this with you! Let’s learn to seek the Kingdom first and build Christ Centered Network Marketing Businesses π
5. Create Automated Systems In Your Business (& Setting Boundaries)
β Yes, this really exists! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve tried (and failed) to create systems that allowed me to automate my business. It wasn’t until I found the right company that I discovered the power of systems and automations. Some systems I’ve created in my business are: a new customer system for introducing your products or services, follow up systems, onboarding and training systems for new business partners, content creation and scheduling systems, and marketing systems. These systems have allowed me to plug and play and let automations do the work for me. I am no longer a slave to my business. I achieved this by using tools that helped me create the systems along with finding a company that strives for simplicity + duplicatable systems.
Setting boundaries for yourself in your kingdom driven network marketing business will make the difference between hustling hard around the clock and always being on your phone to setting specific work hours and time blocks that will increase efficiency and productivity.
6. Set Biblical Based Goals
β When you start setting goals for your business make sure that they are based on biblical principles that align with your purpose and your business will start to flourish and bear fruit. Start by acknowledging your strengths and identifying your passions. These two things are not always the same. After that, get intentional with your goals and write them down along with the individual actions steps it will take to get you there. Above all, pray about your goals and for God to provide you the tools and resources to achieve them. Sometimes our goals are different from God’s so always leave room for the unexpected.
7. Align Yourself With A Company
β Lastly, partner up with a company that aligns with a kingdom driven/Christ centered business model. Therefore please do your research on this one. Not all companies are created equal. You want to make sure your beliefs and values align with the company, it’s product or service, and the team you would be joining. My best advice is to find someone that you look up to as a leader. Look for strengths that they can teach you traits you want to learn in business. Then ask them a list of questions (this is SO important) before you make any decisions.
Ps. My business partner created an amazing list of 10 questions you should ask before you join someone in their networking marketing business. If you would like me to send you that list then PM ME on Facebook or shoot me an email.Β
It’s time to design your own Kingdom Driven Network Marketing Business!
Sister just be prepared that a Christ centered business is not the norm in today’s world. As Christians and especially Christian entrepreneurs we are definitely in the minority. The Bible tells us that we are set apart from the world. We will be tempted to worry more about our own pride or reputation than about His. We will be tempted to mirror our business to someone else’s and chances are that you have already been tempted to do that. Start thriving in your business in a way that honors God and is true to YOU and YOUR VALUES. This will completely set you apart from the rest! STAY IN YOUR LANE!
It doesn't matter what others are doing. It's matters what YOU are doing!Click To TweetTrust me, it’s not easy to just put your business in God’s hands and have faith that He will make it prosper. But it is soooo much easier than trying to control it all by yourself. It’s easier than your kids constantly telling you to get off your phone and pay attention to them. It’s easier than constantly stressing about where the next new lead is going to come from and way easier than your husband telling you that “you need to consider your priorities.” Yep I experienced all of the above.
And sister when I finally gave my business up to Jesus, like truly gave Him ultimate control and created boundaries and systems then I finally experienced peace and joy again and you can too.
xoxo, Kyrie β
